As some people age, they slowly lose the ability to do everything they could when they were younger. Some without even realising it. I hope to be able to assist our elderly as much as possible to still live a fulfilled life.
Being the Business Support Officer, I am situated at Home Care reception. This means I am the first contact with consumers and point them in the right direction to best suit their needs. My role is to assist all of our staff where possible enabling them to offer the best services to our consumers.
I have a long history of Customer Service and am used to being on the front line.

I was born and bred in Tuncurry. Before Sunrise, most people would have seen me around Woolworths Tuncurry & Forster at some stage.
I couldn’t say I have a favourite book, just anything that catches me by the 2nd chapter.
